CURRENT CONDITIONING INITIATIVES

Raider Strength and Conditioning Program, is now on course with the following initiatives:

1. Promote athletic development through competitive weightlifting, powerlifting, and athletic performance testing standards

2. Promote power training through Hillsborough H.P.E. and Science Programs

3. Promote dynamic warm-up to better athletic conditioning

4. Institute a joint stability program from the trainers' rehabilitation library

5. Promote R.S.C. district wide through:

    A. Student organized exhibitions
    B. National Presentations
    C. Staff and facilities certification through NSCA and USOC

6. Development and promotion of youth participation in sports guidelines

7. Facilitating a working partnership between NJSIAA and the US Olympic Committees' USA Weightlifting

8. Fundraising, initiating and maintaining Community Helpers Programs
