Parents in the Classroom Program

Life Skills “Parents in the Classroom” Program

Kindergarten – 6th grade

This program provides you the opportunity to be in your child’s classroom, presenting important information starting in Kindergarten and running through 6th grade.  Parent volunteers attend training in January to prepare themselves for the lesson.  The program covers topics including drug/alcohol information, conflict resolution, self esteem, peer pressure and bullying.  The program includes a video presentation, books, group discussion, role playing and other engaging activities.
