Hey 8th graders, are you looking to promote school spirit and make a change for the better in our school and community? Then T.O.P.S. is the club for you. A second interest meeting will be held tomorrow at 3pm. Please be sure to check your email for more information and the Google Meet link.

Thanks to all those wearing red today in recognition of Red Ribbon Week. The color red symbolizes our awareness of the dangers and heartache for so many people and families touched by substance abuse. And now, for the winners of yesterday's trivia question:
1. Richard Brameyer
2. Masooma Mian
3. Gabriella Hunter
4. Anvi Sharma
5. Aarana Aravinthan

Congratulations! These students will each receive a Dunkin Donuts gift card in the mail. They knew the answer was endorphins, chemicals that are released during exercise, elevating mood and decreasing pain. - in other words, creating a "natural high." So today after school, get outside and ride your bike, go for a hike, take your dog for a walk or do anything that involves movement - it's fun, it's free, it will make you feel good, that's a guarantee! Today's trivia question is:
Until what age does the human brain continue to develop, making it especially vulnerable to the damaging effects of alcohol?
Use the link in Dr. T's morning email or in Mr. Ciccarone's or Mrs. Porowski's google classrooms to submit your answers. Five more winners will be announced tomorrow. Good luck!
