Just two days left to sent that special someone a Valentine Card and carnation flower for just one dollar. Orders will be taken during all lunch periods. Deliveries will be made by TOPS on Valentine's morning.
Tomorrow, February 2, is National Wear Red Day for Women. This day brings attention to the leading cause of death in women-heart disease and stroke. Cardiovascular disease in the U.S. kills approximately one woman every 80 seconds. The good news is that 80 percent of cardiac events may be prevented with education and lifestyle changes. So, tomorrow help paint HMS Red! Wear red to show your support for saving women’s lives.
Today is the last day of the second marking period. As we begin the third quarter tomorrow, remember to check your schedules so you report to the appropriate related arts course that is next in line for your class. Report cards for the second marking period will be posted in Genesis on February 9th after 4pm.
