Hillsborough Township Public Schools recognizes and supports the following statement of the New Jersey Department of Education:
"Gifted and Talented pupils are those capable of high performance and require differentiated educational programs and/or facilities beyond those provided in the regular classroom in order to fully develop their gifts and talents, so as to lead more satisfying lives and enhance the quality of life in their community."
In keeping with these descriptions of gifted youth, Hillsborough Township Public Schools has designed a program to meet the needs of those students. Furthermore, the Hillsborough Township Public Schools seek to provide opportunities for ALL students to develop and strengthen their individual gifts and talents through the REACH Program.
