You may remember that as a part of our budget development process in the spring, the Board of Education unanimously decided to put two questions forth to the taxpayers on November 7th. The first question will deal with adding security personnel to all of our building and the second will be to restore twenty certificated staff and teaching positions of the dozens of positions that Hillsborough has lost due to budget cuts over the past five years.
As a part of our
Build Boro Back effort, we gave a detailed presentation about what these positions will be, total costs for these efforts, and will soon be putting together information as to how individual families can calculate the overall tax impact to them for themselves.
