Sun Safety Tips
- Wear a sunscreen with a SPF of 15 or higher on all skin that isn't covered.
- Limit the amount of time you spend in the direct sun, especially when the sun's rays are most intense, generally from 10:00am to 4:00pm.
- Wear protective clothing when you're out in the sun, including long sleeves; sun glasses; and a hat that shades your face, neck, and ears.
- Protect your skin even on cool and cloudy days.

Water Safety Tips 
- Swim with a friend and always have adult supervision.
- Always jump in the water feet first.
- Swim only in designated areas.
- If you go boating, wear a life jacket.
- Wear sunscreen.
