Required Employment Disclosure Forms

To all potential employees:
 
After a rigorous interview process, your journey to becoming a member of the Hillsborough Township Public Schools staff is not yet complete.  Looking ahead to next steps if you are indeed a finalist for any position, you should be aware of the following.  While a building based administrator or supervisor will send the recommendation to hire you to the Human Resources office, please note that you will not be given an interview with the Director of Human Resources and/or the Superintendent unless you complete the "Sexual Misconduct/Child Abuse Disclosure" form(s).
 
One of these forms must be filled out for each employer you have listed on your application where you were in contact with children for the past twenty years.  In completing these forms, you must fill out the top section and Section 1.  Once you have one of these forms filled out for EACH employer where you had contact with children listed on your application, please turn all forms in at the same time to JoAnn DiLeone in the Human Resources office.  Do not send these forms to your previous employers to complete section 2 - we will do that.  Ms. DiLeone will cross check your application form to assure that you have filled out one form for each previous employer.  Once that is verified, final interviews in central office will be scheduled for you.
 
Also, if your hiring process is taking place very close to what your actual start date would be, please note that the Hillsborough Township Public Schools will not allow anyone to begin work who has not completed their fingerprinting process and had a successful criminal background check.  These forms which are located on this webpage will be given to you in the Human Resources office.  However, the process generally takes a couple of weeks.  If you wish to get this process started before you meet with the Human Resources department, please feel free to do so as it will help expedite your hiring.  To be clear, you will not be allowed to begin your employment with us until this step is done.
