Get ready for the new school year! As the first day of school approaches, remember to double-check your child's bus pick-up and drop-off times in the Genesis Parent Portal.

With new students still registering, slight changes to routes and times CAN happen. We want to make sure you're prepared for a smooth start to the year. Please double-check before Thursday!

With the school year kicking off, please be prepared for potential bus delays, especially during the first few days. This is a normal part of the beginning of the school year process as students get used to new routines and we fine-tune our routes.

This year, we're also dealing with roadwork the Township is just starting on several roads, which may add to these delays. Please be aware that the following roads are being worked on: Thursday September 4th, 2025 - Boehm Way and Wagner Ln; Friday September 5th, 2025 - N. Woods Rd; and Monday September 8th, 2025 - Fellen Pl and Norz Dr.

Elementary school dismissal, in particular, often sees the most significant delays as our staff works diligently to ensure every child gets on the right bus safely. (Elementary parents, this is typical!)

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we prioritize a safe and efficient start to the school year for all students. We're working hard to get everyone where they need to go! They will get there!

We had a great conclusion to our new staff orientation week! Along with Dr. Radwan and Dr. Povall, Mr. Handler and Mr. Volpe took all new staff members on a tour of Hillsborough. It was a wonderful opportunity for them to learn about where all of our students come from, see all of our schools, and discover some of the great places to eat and visit. Our high school entrance is getting a serious sprucing up to welcome everyone back in style. We're adding some extra flair to make sure the first day feels extra special for our students and staff.

We can't wait to see you all and start another incredible year together.

Our new staff orientation is well underway and we've got a fantastic new crew who are busy learning the ropes!

This week has been all about diving into our curriculum and getting to know our schools. The orientation wraps up tomorrow afternoon with a bus tour of Hillsborough, because we know it's just as important to know our community as it is to know our curriculum.

We can't wait to see all the great things this group will accomplish!

Hey Amsterdam! It's so close! The new floors are almost done, and we're giving you a sneak peek. The old, cracked flooring is officially gone, replaced with a fresh, durable, and beautiful surface that's almost complete.

Our community's safety and comfort are high priorities, and we're so excited for everyone to experience the upgrade. Get ready for a fantastic new school year with a fantastic new look under your feet!

Chromebook distribution is underway, and it truly feels like the start of a new school year! We've already had a fantastic turnout, with hundreds of students in grades 5-12 receiving their new devices.

Our distribution process has been running incredibly smoothly, with efficient lines ensuring a great experience for all families. A huge thank you to our Computer Support Teachers and amazing student helpers for their invaluable assistance in getting our students ready for success.

The words on our mural at Hillsborough Elementary School say it all: "Everyone is Welcome." We're not just saying it, we're making sure it's true for everyone! We believe our school should be a place where every single person feels they belong, and that's why we're so excited to announce that we are currently upgrading our exterior entrances to be fully ADA accessible. This project is a big step in ensuring that our actions always reflect our values.
